Shared Test Platform and Fixture Changeover Worksheet

Use this worksheet to decide whether multiple motors, robot joints, axes, or fixtures can share one controlled test platform. Hardware fit is only one condition; capacity, interfaces, measurement planes, software, safety, evidence, availability, and release status must also remain within the approved boundary.

Decision dimensionShared boundary to verifySeparate / redesign triggerProject entry and evidence
Capacity and dutyTorque, speed, power, inertia, travel, thermal state, duration, direction, quadrant, and utilitiesDifferent loading technology, safety class, or sustained-energy boundary
Mechanical interfaceMounting, adapter, coupling, alignment, stiffness, load path, guarding, access, and cable motionUnverified compliance, runout, resonance, preload, or service exposure
Measurement planeSensor location, range, reference plane, timing, calculations, tare, and uncertainty treatmentMaterially different plane, range, reference, or measurement principle
Control and safetyProtocols, modes, limits, feedback, brake, fail-safe states, guards, interlocks, and stop behaviorIncompatible behavior cannot be isolated in the released configuration
Evidence and permissionsRecipe, channel map, raw data, report, access, release, override, export, and retention boundariesCustomer, project, IP, or approval boundaries cannot be separated
AvailabilityChangeover, stabilization, verification, maintenance, recovery, calibration downtime, and retestSharing creates an unacceptable queue, interruption, or restoration exposure

Scope limit: This worksheet defines a review and release structure. It makes no universal claim for Weiheng platform capacity, changeover time, accuracy, availability, customer results, or project acceptance. Project values require approved records.
