Robot Joint EOL Traceability and Release Evidence Chain

Use this worksheet to connect each production release decision to its approved requirement, identified unit, active station and recipe versions, valid evidence, decision logic, exception history, data acknowledgement and final sign-off. Complete it during RFQ, proposal, design, FAT, SAT and release planning; do not treat blank fields or silence as compliance.

Stage boundary

RFQ/configuration freezes inputs and open items; proposal/design records responses, deviations and evidence commitments.
FAT and SAT verify their separately agreed factory and site scope; commissioning establishes the approved operating baseline.
Every-unit EOL executes the released recipe and decision logic for one identified unit. Completion at one stage does not establish completion at another.

Evidence limit: This is a Weiheng-authored review and traceability structure. It publishes no cycle time, capacity, accuracy, repeatability, GR&R, yield, lifetime, certification, customer, project or acceptance results. A completed worksheet improves traceability; specific performance and acceptance still require the referenced project records and authorized sign-off.
