Integrated Robot Joint Efficiency Mapping Method Passport

An efficiency map is valid only when input and output power boundaries, motoring or generating quadrant, direction, speed, torque, thermal state, and synchronized electrical and mechanical channels are declared. Keep motor, inverter, reducer, and complete-joint results separate.

Validity and reporting controls

Evidence limit: This passport defines an efficiency-mapping method. It does not claim a Weiheng efficiency, accuracy, torque or speed range, sampling rate, customer result, or universal limit. Component loss separation requires independent measurement or an approved model.
